  1. Reception and Initial Consultation: The session begins with a warm welcome and a short consultation. This is the time when you can share your expectations, any health problems or specific concerns. It's also an opportunity for me to explain the process and answer any questions you have.

  2. Preparation of the Environment: I will create a relaxing atmosphere in the treatment room, with soft lighting, quiet music if desired, and a comfortable environment to unwind and relax.

  3. Positioning for Comfort: I will invite you to lie down on a massage table, remaining fully clothed. I will be able to provide pillows or blankets to ensure your maximum comfort during the session.

  4. Start of Reiki Treatment: With my hands gently placed on or near your body, I will begin the process of transmitting Reiki energy. This is done through a series of hand positions covering different parts of the body, including the major energy centers (chakras).

  5. Work on the Chakras: I will focus energy on the chakras to help unblock and balance the energy flow. This can help release emotional, physical and energetic blockages, promoting healing.

  6. Energy Flow: During the session, you may feel a soothing warmth, tingling, or simply a feeling of peace and tranquility as the energy works in the body.

  7. Closure of Processing: At the end of the session, I will gradually withdraw my hands and invite you to take a moment to regain awareness and centering.
