About Me

My name is Krisztina Kollar and my life has been an extraordinary journey, from a happy childhood in Hungary to becoming a holistic professional dedicated to mental and physical well-being.

 

My life took an unexpected turn due to a car accident during my senior year of high school, which prevented me from pursuing my studies in psychology as I had planned. This event led me to enroll in a school to become a social worker, a path that allowed me to work in orphanages and nursery schools. These experiences have taught me the value of empathy and caring for others, which are key qualities in my current role.

 

My adventure took me to Italy, where I started a family and faced the challenges of being a non-native single mother. I worked in different fields, from cooking to managing shops, learning discipline and resilience. My interest in the spiritual world brought me closer to fortune telling and tarot reading, a practice I continue to this day.

 

My personal journey has led me to delve into different holistic disciplines. After a significant experience in Finland, where I assisted my brother with cancer with Reiki treatments and Tibetan singing bowls, I decided to dedicate myself completely to holistic medicine.

 

I obtained qualifications in Reiki, vibrational therapy, naturopathy and became an expert in singing bowls, completing my studies at the University of Arezzo. I also explored other techniques such as chromotherapy, moxibustion, metamorphic technique, mesmerism and in 2023 I became a facial reflexologist.

 

Today, as a holistic operator, I dedicate myself to improving people's general well-being, helping them find and maintain psychophysical balance. My passion for continuous learning is a testament to my commitment to all-round health and well-being.
